CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Providing less than a 24-hour notice or no-showing your appointment will result in your card being charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service amount. LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOW: If you arrive 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service amount. Multiple no-shows will result on being banned from booking.
